Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how OneX:Trip (“the app”), offered by Tamar Ashkenazi, handles information when you use the iOS app to plan an airport layover. The app is built around a single on-device workspace: you enter flight times, terminal-area labels, walking pace, queue allowance, optional meal break, return buffer, and candidate stops with your own transfer and visit estimates. The app sequences those inputs into a timed itinerary, checks stop fit against your boarding cutoff, and recalculates when you change inputs or route choices.
What the app does with your information
OneX:Trip does not require an account. It does not ask you to sign in, and it does not provide social features or cloud sync as part of the product described here. Calculations run on your device using the values you enter. The app does not fetch live flight status, airport maps, measured queue times, or verified walking distances from external services.
Information you provide
Content you create and edit in the app may include:
- Arrival and departure date and time for your layover
- Text labels for arrival and departure terminal areas
- Walking pace, queue allowance, preferred return-to-boarding buffer, and optional fixed break timing
- Candidate stop names, visit durations, and transfer distances or durations you supply
- Choices such as including or skipping a stop and staying nearby versus crossing terminals
- Derived itinerary blocks, fit labels, and estimated slack produced from your inputs
This information is used only to display and recalculate your layover plan on the device.
Where data is stored
Trip inputs and the current itinerary are stored locally on your iPhone using platform-native on-device storage. A new install starts with no saved trips until you create one. We do not operate a central server that receives your layover content as part of normal app use.
Tracking and analytics. The app is not designed for cross-app tracking. We do not describe integration with third-party analytics, advertising networks, or crash-reporting services in this product. If Apple or the operating system collects diagnostic data according to your device settings, that collection is governed by Apple’s policies, not by data you enter into OneX:Trip.
Network and third parties
Core layover planning works offline with your entered data. Opening these legal or support pages in a browser or in the in-app document viewer may use your network connection to load the page you requested; that is separate from itinerary calculation. We do not sell your layover content. We do not share it with data brokers as part of the app’s described functionality.
Children
The app is a general travel-planning tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a dedicated registration flow, because the app does not offer account registration.
Retention and deletion
Your trips remain on the device until you remove them or remove the app. You can edit or replace trip details at any time and reuse a trip structure for another layover by changing times and estimates. To delete all app data, delete OneX:Trip from your device or use iOS settings to remove the app and its local data. Uninstalling removes locally stored trips and itinerary results that the app saved on that device.
Security
Local storage relies on the security of your device and iOS. Use a device passcode or biometric lock to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to information stored on the phone.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish a revision. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
