Support
OneX:Trip helps you decide which terminal-area stops can fit in a layover before you return for boarding. Everything runs on your iPhone using the times, labels, and estimates you enter—there is no live flight feed or airport map service inside the app.

Getting started
- Open the layover workspace and choose Create Layover.
- Enter arrival and departure times and terminal-area labels.
- Set walking pace, queue allowance, return buffer, and an optional fixed meal break.
- Add candidate stops with visit durations and transfer distance or duration estimates you provide.
- Tap Build Itinerary to see ordered blocks, fit labels, and return slack.
Common topics
- Why does a stop show as not fitting?
- The engine compares each included stop and your return transfer against the boarding cutoff (departure minus your return buffer). Including a stop, slowing your pace, lengthening a break, or choosing a longer cross-terminal transfer consumes time and can change fit status. Edit inputs or skip a stop, then recalculate.
- Stay nearby or cross terminals?
- When a stop allows it, you choose whether to stay in the current terminal area or cross terminals. The app uses the transfer estimate you entered for that choice—it does not look up official terminal connections.
- Are the minutes accurate?
- Transfer minutes from distance use your walking pace. Queue and visit times come from your allowances and durations. They are planning estimates, not measured airport data. Always confirm boarding times with your airline.
- Where is my trip saved?
- Trip inputs and the current itinerary are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes that data from the phone. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- Do I need an account or internet?
- No account is required. Planning and recalculation work offline with your saved inputs. Viewing this support page online requires a network connection; the in-app legal viewer loads the published document URL you open from the app information area.
- Purchases
- This release is described without in-app subscriptions or extra paid features inside the app. App Store download pricing, if any, is handled by Apple.
