Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of OneX:Trip, an iOS application operated by Tamar Ashkenazi (“we,” “us,” or “operator”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What OneX:Trip provides

OneX:Trip helps you plan time during an airport layover. You enter an arrival and departure window, terminal-area labels, personal timing assumptions (walking pace, queue allowance, return buffer, optional fixed break), and candidate stops with transfer and visit estimates you supply. The app builds an ordered, editable itinerary on your device, estimates transfer duration from your pace and distances when you provide them, sequences transfer, queue, visit, break, and return blocks, and shows whether each included stop fits before your boarding cutoff along with estimated slack time. When you change inputs or decide to include a stop, skip a stop, or stay nearby versus cross terminals, the app recalculates the route.

Your responsibilities

• Enter reasonable values and verify critical times against airline, airport, and boarding information from official sources.
• Adjust the plan when circumstances change and use recalculation after editing times, pace, breaks, or stop choices.
• Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the software beyond normal personal planning.

Accounts and eligibility

The app does not provide user accounts or online profiles as part of its core functionality. You must comply with applicable laws and App Store terms when downloading and using the app.

Intellectual property

OneX:Trip, its design, and underlying software are owned by the operator or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the app. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial layover planning unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Data and privacy

Trip content is stored on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you acknowledge that local storage and deletion practices are explained there.

Purchases and fees

The product documentation provided for this release does not describe in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid digital content inside OneX:Trip. If the App Store listing shows a purchase price for downloading the app, that transaction is handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. Any future paid features, if added later, would be disclosed in the app and store materials at that time.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that itinerary output will match real-world conditions at any airport.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for missed flights, delays, or other travel losses arising from reliance on app estimates. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us directly for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing directly to us.

Changes and termination

We may update the app or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. We may discontinue the app where permitted by law and store policies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply. Courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
